About

My name is O'Donna Pittman

I’m O’Donna Pittman-Hall, owner of Vet Claims Authority®, a VA Accredited Claims Agent and U.S. Army Veteran.

After receiving an Honorable Discharge from active duty, I transitioned into the private sector, first building a career in the beauty industry and later becoming a Realtor®. Although those careers were very different, they revealed something important about me: I have always had a passion for helping people and a deep sense of fulfillment when the people I serve succeed.

Whether it was seeing a salon client leave feeling confident, handing a real estate client the keys to a new home, or now helping a Veteran or surviving family member secure the VA benefits they have earned, the greatest reward has always been knowing that I made a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

Why I Became a VA Accredited Claims Agent

My commitment to Veterans is also personal.

I have been on the other side of the VA claims process, searching for assistance with my own benefits and realizing that the representative I selected was not the right fit for me. That experience inspired me to become the kind of representative I wish I had.

Today, as a VA Accredited Claims Agent, I represent Veterans and eligible family members before the Department of Veterans Affairs. My role is to carefully review the evidence, identify potential issues, develop claim and appeal strategies, and advocate for Veterans to receive the maximum benefits supported by the evidence and the law.

At Vet Claims Authority®, you are not simply submitting paperwork. Your service history, medical evidence, prior VA decisions, and individual circumstances are carefully reviewed so that your claim can be presented as thoroughly and effectively as possible.

A Denial Does Not Always Mean the Fight Is Over

If you have been denied VA disability benefits in the past, do not assume that the VA’s decision is the final word. A denial may involve missing evidence, an inadequate medical opinion, an overlooked theory of service connection, or another issue that may be addressed through the appropriate review or appeal process.

You served our country. You deserve knowledgeable representation from someone who understands both the VA claims process and the Veteran’s perspective.

At Vet Claims Authority®, our mission is simple: prepare thoroughly, advocate aggressively, and pursue every VA benefit you have earned under the law.
